The Aura Coach AI app (the "App") is operated by the Sahur team — data controller and seller of record is Le Ngoc Truong An for the Apple App Store (iOS) and Nguyen Hoang Hai for Google Play (Android). This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your learning progress cannot be recovered.
If you can't access the App, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify the request and process it as soon as practicable, typically within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in your device settings — iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
