Aura Coach AI ("Aura Coach", "we", "us") is operated by the Sahur team. Depending on where you downloaded the App, the data controller and seller of record is Le Ngoc Truong An for the Apple App Store (iOS) and Nguyen Hoang Hai for Google Play (Android); in this Policy "Sahur", "we", or "us" refers to them. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Aura Coach AI mobile app (the "App") collects, why, how we use it, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this Policy.
a) Account & identity — When you sign in we receive, via your chosen provider, your email address and basic profile (name where available):

c) Learning content sent to AI — To generate lessons and give feedback, the text of your practice inputs and prompts is sent to our AI gateway, which forwards requests to Google Gemini models. We send only what is needed to produce the lesson/feedback; we do not send your name or contact details to the AI for advertising.
d) Purchases & subscriptions — Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We receive purchase status, product IDs, and an app-user identifier (your Firebase user ID). We never receive or store your full card or bank details — those stay with Apple/Google.
e) Notifications & time zone — With your permission, we schedule local study reminders. We read your device time zone (IANA name) so reminders fire at the right local time.
f) Technical & device data — Standard data needed to run the App: device/OS type, app version, language, and crash/diagnostic information (if and when crash reporting is enabled). A small amount of state is cached on-device (e.g. onboarding completion).
We do not currently record audio. The App uses text input and text-to-speech playback only. (If a speaking/microphone feature is added later, this Policy will be updated first.)
We use your data to: create and secure your account; deliver and personalize lessons and feedback; track your progress and quota; process and restore purchases; send reminders you opt into; provide support; and keep the App stable and secure. We do not sell your personal data.
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the App), based on your consent (notifications, optional tracking), and for our legitimate interests (security, product improvement). You may withdraw consent at any time.
We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf:
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Our providers may process data on servers outside Vietnam (e.g. United States). Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (see §8), we delete your account and associated learning data from our systems, except where we must retain limited records (e.g. transaction records for tax/legal purposes) or where data is held by Apple/Google under their own policies.
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Vietnam PDPD — Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your data, and to object or withdraw consent. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You can delete your account and data inside the App: Profile → Settings → Delete account. You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected] or via https://aura-coach.sahur.app/delete. Deletion removes your authentication record and your learning data; some billing records may be retained as required by law.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, authenticated access, server-side security rules). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by updating the effective date above.
Aura Coach AI ("Aura Coach", "chúng tôi") do nhóm Sahur vận hành. Tùy theo nơi bạn tải Ứng dụng, đơn vị kiểm soát dữ liệu và nhà phát hành là Le Ngoc Truong An đối với Apple App Store (iOS) và Nguyen Hoang Hai đối với Google Play (Android); trong Chính sách này "Sahur" hay "chúng tôi" là chỉ những cá nhân đó. Chính sách này giải thích dữ liệu mà ứng dụng Aura Coach AI ("Ứng dụng") thu thập, vì sao, cách dùng và quyền của bạn. Khi sử dụng Ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với Chính sách này.

c) Nội dung học gửi tới AI — Để tạo bài học và chấm phản hồi, nội dung bạn nhập sẽ được gửi tới AI gateway của chúng tôi, từ đó chuyển tiếp tới mô hình Google Gemini. Chúng tôi chỉ gửi phần cần thiết để tạo bài học/phản hồi; không gửi tên hay thông tin liên hệ của bạn cho AI vì mục đích quảng cáo.
d) Mua hàng & thuê bao — Thuê bao và gói credit được xử lý bởi Apple App Store / Google Play và quản lý qua RevenueCat. Chúng tôi nhận trạng thái mua, mã sản phẩm và một định danh người dùng (Firebase user ID). Chúng tôi không nhận hay lưu thông tin thẻ/ngân hàng — phần đó do Apple/Google giữ.
e) Thông báo & múi giờ — Khi bạn cho phép, chúng tôi đặt nhắc nhở học cục bộ. Chúng tôi đọc múi giờ thiết bị (tên IANA) để nhắc đúng giờ địa phương.
f) Dữ liệu kỹ thuật & thiết bị — Dữ liệu cơ bản để chạy Ứng dụng: loại thiết bị/HĐH, phiên bản app, ngôn ngữ, và thông tin sự cố/chẩn đoán (khi bật báo cáo crash). Một số trạng thái nhỏ được cache trên máy (vd đã hoàn tất onboarding).
Hiện chúng tôi không thu âm. Ứng dụng chỉ dùng nhập văn bản và phát giọng nói (text-to-speech). (Nếu sau này thêm tính năng nói/micro, Chính sách sẽ được cập nhật trước.)
Tạo và bảo mật tài khoản; cung cấp & cá nhân hóa bài học và phản hồi; theo dõi tiến độ và hạn mức; xử lý và khôi phục giao dịch; gửi nhắc nhở bạn chọn nhận; hỗ trợ; và giữ Ứng dụng ổn định, an toàn. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.
Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu để thực hiện hợp đồng với bạn (cung cấp Ứng dụng), dựa trên sự đồng ý (thông báo, theo dõi tùy chọn), và vì lợi ích hợp pháp (bảo mật, cải thiện sản phẩm). Bạn có thể rút lại đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào.
Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ xử lý thay mặt chúng tôi:
Chúng tôi có thể tiết lộ dữ liệu nếu pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc để bảo vệ quyền và an toàn.
Nhà cung cấp của chúng tôi có thể xử lý dữ liệu trên máy chủ ngoài Việt Nam (vd Hoa Kỳ). Khi cần, việc chuyển dữ liệu dựa trên các biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp như Điều khoản Hợp đồng Tiêu chuẩn (SCC).
Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Khi bạn xóa tài khoản (xem §8), chúng tôi xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu học liên quan, trừ khi phải giữ một số bản ghi (vd giao dịch cho mục đích thuế/pháp lý) hoặc dữ liệu do Apple/Google giữ theo chính sách của họ.
Tùy khu vực (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của Việt Nam), bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, sửa, xóa, trích xuất, hạn chế xử lý, phản đối hoặc rút đồng ý. Cư dân California có quyền từ chối việc bán hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân; chúng tôi không bán hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn theo định nghĩa của CCPA/CPRA. Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu ngay trong Ứng dụng: Hồ sơ → Cài đặt → Xóa tài khoản. Bạn cũng có thể yêu cầu xóa qua [email protected] hoặc https://aura-coach.sahur.app/delete. Việc xóa loại bỏ bản ghi đăng nhập và dữ liệu học; một số bản ghi thanh toán có thể được giữ theo luật.
Ứng dụng dành cho người dùng từ 13 tuổi trở lên (hoặc độ tuổi đồng ý số tối thiểu tại quốc gia bạn). Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới độ tuổi đó khi chưa có sự đồng ý của phụ huynh. Nếu nghi ngờ có trẻ đã cung cấp dữ liệu, liên hệ [email protected] để chúng tôi xóa.
Chúng tôi dùng các biện pháp theo tiêu chuẩn ngành (truyền mã hóa, truy cập xác thực, security rules phía máy chủ). Không phương pháp nào an toàn 100%, nhưng chúng tôi nỗ lực bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong app hoặc bằng cách cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở trên.
